My Journey to Writing & Speaking
Writing has always been my language of faith.
Long before I published a single book, I was writing—journals, Bible study lessons, messages for women's events, skits for church gatherings. Words were how I processed Scripture, celebrated God's faithfulness, and encouraged others in their walk with Christ.
But it wasn't until 2016, when I began teaching creative writing to elementary students, that
everything shifted. Watching children transform their ideas into stories reminded me of the
power words hold. They'd ask, "Mrs. Dye, why don't you write a book?"
Little did they know, I already had one in my heart.
A Song in Her Heart became my first published work—a dream decades in the making. But it wasn't just about becoming an author. It was about answering a calling to equip mothers and women with resources that make faith real, accessible, and lasting.
Today, whether I'm writing children's books, creating Bible studies, or speaking at women's events, my mission remains the same: to help you build a legacy of faith in your home and community.
